Good morning friends and members of South Lake Detachment #1120.
Regular Detachment Business Meeting details as follows:
FORMAT: Prior to meeting we will have a free lunch provided by Mission BBQ. They will be able to feed 20 of of members. Any members having memorabilia (military coins, patches or maybe a picture of you in uniform) they would like to donate to hang in the restaurant, please bring it to give to their Community Ambassador Kristy Morris. Regular business meeting will commence after lunch and will include discussion on this years Annual Election of Officers.
DATE: Saturday, October 26, 2024. Note: this meeting is in lieu of our regularly scheduled meeting on the last Thursday of the month since that would fall on Halloween.
TIME: 12:00pm lunch (business meeting to begin approx. 12:00pm).
LOCATION: Clermont VFW, 855 W. Desoto St, Clermont, FL 34711 (MAP).
MEMBERSHIP DRESS CODE: UNDRESS BLUES or RED detachment polo shirt with MCL Cover.

For those non-life members who pay dues annually, they were due in August. If you did not already pay, please bring in your check for $39.00 at this meeting so this obligation will be covered.
